Greetings Maddeeshwar,

If you are not having the certificates then I am afraid that at the time of counselling you can be stopped from completing the procedure. As they take the documents quite seriously. I would advice you to contact TS PGECET guide so he can give you a perfect solution.I am providing the details of the help centre of possible contact them.
