Well the system was that, after registering for CSAB Special Round counselling one has to pay the required participation fee and that was to be done through SBI MOPS Payment gateway. Now the candidates who didn't get  a seat after the 2nd round counselling or have withdrawn from counselling at any stage during the 1st or 2nd round counselling, they will get a full refund of the fees they have paid. The refund amount would be Rs 1500 deduced from the total amount one has paid. The refund amount will be directly transfered to the account which was mentioned at the time of CSAB Special Round registration. Now since you had paid a amount of Rs 16500 as the participation fee, the refund you will get is 1500 deduced from what you have paid. The amount you will get is Rs 15000.
