Hello

Please tell me the name of the counselling in which you have participated for me to help you better. If you are referring to JoSAA then I must tell you that the refund process is supposed to start from 15th December (after CSAB is completed) however you can reach them at or submit a complaint at https://www.complaintboard.in/complaints-reviews/josaa-l407396.html
