The 35000 rupees you paid is just the registration fees. It will be refunded if you didn't get any seats. You can of course wait for subsequent rounds until the 7th round if you didn't get any seat in the 1st round. Also, there will be 2 more special rounds at the end of 7 rounds for all the students who didn't get any seat.
