Hey,

Since you did not get a seat in the first round of counselling and you don't want to do second round of counselling as well you need to simply just not to do anything further. You can just exit the counselling, there is no procedure as such. First round of counselling has free exit so you will get your deposit refunded at the end of the counselling process.

so i should not do any thing to exit?
and my money will B refunded to the bank after complition of whole counselling process?
