Hi Allen,

JEE Main Paper 1 is for admission to B.Tech/B.E. courses while Paper 2 is for admission to B.arch and B.Planning courses. Both of these exams are different. Only, students who have qualified JEE Main Paper 1 can appear for JEE Advanced Examination. The cut-off list which is prepared for JEE Advance only takes into consideration Paper 1 marks.

So, I am sorry to disappoint you but qualifying JEE Main Paper 2 does not make you eligible to appear for JEE Advanced.

For being able to appear for the AAT exam you have to qualify for JEE Advanced. You need to qualify JEE Main Paper 1 to be eligible for JEE Advanced and qualify JEE Advanced to appear for AAT. JEE Main Paper 2 only provides admission in B.Arch or B. Planning in NITs and GFTIs.
