Hello,
Irrespective of whether the candidate clears the cutoff or not, everyone is provided their GATE score card.
But you won't be eligible for admission to IITs NITs or even IIITs if you haven't cleared the cutoff.
However you might get admission in private colleges who take GATE marks using this scorecard.
