Last date to upload documents for tnea counselling is    August 20, 2020

Commencement of Certificate Verification at all other TFC's   would be  August 24 to September 1, 2020.

however you have still time to upload the necessary documents as mentioned below,

Qualifying exam or Class 10+2 level Mark-sheet

Qualifying exam or 10+2 level Admit Card

Nativity e-Certificate (digitally signed, if any)

First Graduate Certificate/ First Graduate Joint Declaration (optional)

Sri Lankan Tamil Refugee Certificate (optional)

Community Certificate (if applicable)

Standard X result

Caste Certificate (if any)

Your question is not really clear but as far as I know candidates are allowed to upload documents from July 31 to August 20 as per the registration number of their applications in TNEA. Those who fail to upload their certificates would be given an opportunity to upload their documents from August 12 to 20.  Hence I think you can submit your marksheet from 12th August onwards too. All the best.
