You can contact any of your regional schools and can explain them your reason of discontinuing class 10. There is no such norm that you cannot do class 10 if you discontinued it once. Also, you can complete your class 10 by NIOS(National Institute of Open Schooling) board. Then, you can continue your further study as a regular student from class 11 in any stream and school.
