Hey aspirant,

As per the rules, EWS CERTIFICATE is not required at the time of registration for neet exam, all you have to do is select your category as EWS. During the process of counselling you will be needing the certificate as at that time it's verified. So, dont worry about that all you have to do is get a certificate called Income and Assets Certificate', from your local government authority (Tehsil). and this is the proof that is required to avail the EWS reservation. The designated government officer will verify your documents and issue your EWS certificate.

What if i fail to produce EWS certificate in neet counseling?

If you fail to provide the ews certificate then your seat will be cancelled which was alloted to you on the basis of ews category and your rank will be considered as general and then on that basis you Will be alloted the seat.
