You are definitely eligible to do MBA in a regular college after doing graduation from open university. The minimum eligibility for doing MBA is Graduation. Graduation can be done through full time or distance  and it doesn't matter, only graduation is required for doing MBA.So, you can apply for exam like cat,snap,xat etc.You will need your degree and Marksheet.
