Try to find out your weakness, try to figure out why couldn't you score well,maximum Time students get negative marks because of their uncertainty about the question,for biology I  prefer only NCERT Read this book as many times as you can because most of the questions are directly asked from the text book,and we don't have much time to read other books.
For chemistry and physics question practice and the time management are the two tasks that one should work upon,solve NEET previous year question paper and figure out your stronger and weaker section and then work accordingly.
