I don't have 10th pass out certificate can I upload 10th marksheet.

If this is about NEET application, yes you can upload your 10th marks sheet instead of your 10th passing certificate. Not every board gives 10th passing certificate and so if you do not have 10h passing certificate, you can still upload your 10th marks sheet.
