Hi ram,

I hope you have qualified the Class 10th board exam, you must have the result card mentioning that you have passed 10th. That will act as a certificate

And, if you have not then you can ask your school authorities to issue you a letter mentioning that you are a student of the school and have qualified class 9th and 10th.

If you have not received the passing certificate and report card of your 9 and 10 after passing then you should go to your school from where you have done your matric and have to asked them, it be there
