See it is not mandatory to fill out class 11th details in NEET UG 2022 application form, it is an optional section. So if you don't have class 11th marksheet then you can leave it as it is and proceed towards other sections.

Complete NEET UG 2022 Application process is explained below in very easy steps :-

** Very first step is to visit the official website as given above and click on "New registration" button.

** Then you have to do registration using your basic details such as name, father's name, mother's name, contact details and so on.

** Now on second menu item you will have to fill details like your academic performance, address, ID type, medium of question paper and so on.

** Then on Next menu item you have to upload some images.

** Then you have to proceed for payment of application fee which can be done only in online mode either through Credit/Debit card or UPI or NEFT/RTGS.

** Then after you have to take the print-out of the NEET Acknowledgement receipt.
