I don't have enough passport size photo which i uploaded during NEET form and don't have the soft copy also, so I scanned the real photo and printed its copy. Can I used that photo during counselling or can I use any recent photos ? Is there going to be a problem for that ?

Hello dear
No, it is not necessary to upload same photograph in Counselling form as that of NEET application form. You can have post a different photograph but it's scanned copy should be of the required size and the photograph should be a passport size and appropriate for the counselling form.
You can upload any photography which you are comfortable with.
Best of luck
