Hello Suman

Yes, you can apply but at the time of Counselling you have to show your EWS certificate to the respected colleges or institutions.

But as of now i don't think it will take less than 2 to 3 months because of the virus outbreak. Not only your Institutions but also your tehsildar offices will be closed till further notice.
