Dear Aspirant,no need to stress upon this problem since you are not the only one facing this problem. You must issue an income certificate as soon as possible and keep a valid receipt with you for evidence. Till my knowledge the income certificate is required for candidates falling under reserved categories or ews or scholarships and if you belong to these categories then income certificate is mandatory for you.

If you belong to any of BC/EBC/SC/ST/PWD category and if your parents annual income is within the given slab then you can apply for fee reimbursement. For that you need to provide income certificate. If you fall under any of the above mentioned categories and do not provide any income certificate then you cannot apply for fee reimbursement.For SC/ST category family income limit is up to 2 lakhs per annum for rest of the above mentioned categories it is up to 1 lakh per annum.

Those who are eligible for FEE reimbursement they must need to submit income certificate .
