This year it is compulsory to submit the scanned image of your original certificate of10th class,without which you can not fill up the form ,so it is definitely going to cause problem for you I would recommend you to arrange you original class 10th certificate.

if you know the roll no. of the tenth board certificate and you know the relevant details needed for the application of the neet exam, then that would let you get the admit card for writting the examination. i think you know your tenth percentage of marks and the roll number of your certificate. moreover neet examination takes more care for your 12th certificate than the tenth certificate, so you can by the way apply for it. if you still have any doubts or clarification you can contact the neet examination conducting authority.
