Dear aspirant,

As I have mentioned that in class 12th you don't have your pass certificate but I would suggest you to take out from school by contacting the authorities or if you can get it from digilocker then get it from there.

Although as per the documents needed in the neet for verification it is mentioned about the 10th pass certificate and not the 12th one but you don't have to take any risk and stay at safer side.
