All your documents have to be submitted during counselling and seat allocation. These documents have to match with the information on you score cards, admit cards, etc. This is why they are submitted as they undergo immense scrutiny. If you do not have your documents ready, you are putting your admission at risk. You can not submit documents later that the official dates.

But yes, you can directly take part in the second round of counselling after fresh registration and choice filling.
