The EWS certificate can be obtained after submitting the required documents such as;

One passport size photograph 

Aadhar card copy

Previous income certificate

BPL Ration or National Food Security Card

Relevant document of expenditure such as rent receipts and electricity bill

The applicant must have a signed copy of the self-declaration along with the application form

Address proof
