I don't want to apply for BTech after class 12. What should I do in order to become a scientist

Hi,

To become a scientist, firstly you should decide analyse that in which field you are expert at or have passion. The field could be science , technology etc. So to become scientis firstly you have to achieve bachelors degree in respective field or subjct.

Step 1:You can choose UG courses like Bsc(Bachelors of Science)(in different subjects) 

Step 2:Post Graduation like MSc in respective field.

Step 3: PHd in same specialization

You can go for Bsc Statistics and Msc statistics courses to become Scientist as lucrative careee.

Generally for Bsc, admission is on basis of 12th marks by majority of colleges.

For Mscin IIT which is recommended one needs to appear for IIt JaM exams.
