Greetings to you for getting a Good score in GATE.65 marks is a Good enough score to get a PSU but as you are from OC it won't be sufficient.You may get a PSU but chances are low.

You will get Good IIT's and NIT's as per your score and category.If you want to get a PSU then you should give another attempt and Improve your score or you can do masters in a good IIT.
