I failed in 12th board but next year I got 60 %... but my marksheet status show me as EX-Candidate. is I'm eligible for neet 2020

Reza, based on your Category, you should secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. So, if you have secured this  aggregate, you are eligible for NEET though you cleared in in supplementary exams.
