Class 12th Improvement Exams are conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education CBSE every year.

Improvement exams are conducted for students who have scored low marks and are not contented with their marks, and want to improve their overall marks.

Students who have failed can't appear for improvement exam. They have to appear for compartment Examination. Generally one can appear for compartment Examination only in the succeeding year after appearing for XII boards.
