Dont not loose your confidence and reappear for that examination in the next year. You must prepare well on the basic concepts of that subject, allocate complete time to it and work hard to reach your goal. keep in mind that you wont be able to reach the next step if you dont clear this supplementary examination and it will forever be  a mark on you.
