Disappointment is something that a lot of people are facing these days. To get well from it first of all say to yourself and to your mind that you are strong and you can do anything. Tell this to yourself daily till you feel it within yourself. Remember that you can always control your mind. Because it's your mind. Make a study partner with whom you can study. It could your brother/sister, or a friend from school, or a neighbour. Sit in a peaceful environment and then try to study. Revise your concepts daily. Don't procrastinate. Speak about your disappointment to your family, and friends. They will definitely help you. This is very important. Tell them how you feel. Speak up! Be happy consciously. Remember everything will be alright.
