If your payment hasn't succeeded then perhaps you have to do it all over again,some times it happens that the money gets deducted from bank but it doesn't reflect in the status of application form, though there is no need to worry if such things happen within a week or so your money  will get refunded, you can raise a query regarding this with your bank, or you may also contact the helpdesk for this, once you pay the money, download the application form, take a print our of few copies for future references.
