You did not mention the name of the exam you want to know about, but since NEET Exam's correction window is open so i will be considering you a medical aspirant. If this is happening then surely there is some techincal issue. You can try it by logging in again. It happens few times. No need to worry about that. The window is made to be open for corrections so try it once again this is the only way.

The window is open till 14th August so try again.
