The NTA have announced that before each session of JEE Main 2021 the application form fill up option will reopen and the candidates can apply for the next sessions. So, after the end of February exam the candidates will be able to apply again. You can fill once for all the sessions or you can fill separately for each session before commencement of the respective session.

Hello there,
Yes you can fill up the application form for the other phases later. The application window will open for the other three phases as well. You don't need to fill up the form right now for all the phases.

Exam Date for Phase 1 February 23 to 26, 2021
Exam Date for Phase 2 March 15 to 18, 2021
Exam Date for Phase 3 April 27 to 30, 2021
Exam Date for Phase 4 May 24 to 28, 2021
