Due to some technical issue this happens dont worry bank will settle the payment after some time.if it doesn't ask your bank to credit your account with the deducted amount they will return the money in a day then do repayment of CMA form.ensure good internet connection before paying the amount otherwise again it may stuck and you will face the same problem.
