If you have mentioned your category in the application correctly then you don't need to worry about anything. If there is a printing error just take the another printout of the form. Since you have selected the correct option during the application filling you can just ignore it. Make sure to get the EWS proof certificate before the counselling sessions. This will be asked for verification.
