Since you didn't mentioned which login ID and password you have forgotten so the only thing we can say is kindly check your mail box where you have got login ID and password when you register for the first time. So try to recover it. Or else click on forget password then that particular website might have given a way to recover it.

Now, there must be some Forgot Password Option there. So, click on that. Now there are many ways to restore your password like by an OTP or by Mail. This will surely help you.
