Don't worry for this small issue because your application number is with you and you have to search for it a little. Just open your mail box of that e-mail address which you gave at the time of registration and you might have received a mail after registering successfully for AP EAMCET 2020, in that mail your registration number is mentioned. If you don't found it in your inbox then don't forget to check the spam folder or your SMS inbox.
