This is not a big issue you can get by registered Mobile number or by date of birth. First  go to the official portal of ap eamcet and click on forgot registration number you will get number to your mobile number . Or from Gmail account also you will have a mail from ap eamcet at the time of registration. And if anything not works you can try by date of birth option. You will get number . Write your eamcet exam without tension.
