There is nothing to worry about it because at the time of registration you have given your email right after registration process is completed you got an email in which your application number will be mention so, check your Inbox for that mail to retrieve your application number for NEET if cant find it communicate your issue with NTA customer care either by emailing your issue to Neetug-nta@nic.in or by calling 8076535482.
