If you forgot your application then first check your SMS and mails there you might find it as when you fill out the application form so it sends a confirmation message on the email or sms.

If you don’t find it there then simply go to the official website of the specific exam conducting authority where you have applied and there login with your phone number , there you will find a link like “FORGOT APPLICATION NUMBER “to retrieve you application number simply click on it and there you will be able to retrieve it.
