You can download AP EAPCET application form. To do so visit https://cets.apsche.ap.gov.in/EAPCET/Eapcet/EAPCET_HomePage.aspx

Click on 'Print Application Form' in step 5 and then enter your payment reference ID, Registration number, Qualifying Examination Hall Ticket Number, Mobile Number, Date of Birth and click on Get Application Details to download the application form. Take 2-3 print out copies of the application form for future reference.
