You  don't have to worry about that,you can check your question paper as your invigilator wont sign your question paper unless and until details like you roll no. is filled.However the last date to download the admit card from the official website was 13th September,2020,but the portal will reopen once again and you can download the admit card from there by supplying necessary credentials.

Your admit card must also be sent on your registered email address. Either you can check the roll number from there or you can download your admit card again using your application number, password, date of birth and security pin from the official NEET website.

To check the NEET result, you will have to enter your NEET Roll number, date of birth and security pin.
