If you are unable to reset your JEE Mains password and the reset link isn't coming to your Gmail, you may consider these steps:

The NTA portal provides multiple recovery methods:

1. Go to: JEE Main Login Portal
   Click on “Forgot Password”.
2. You will be asked to reset the password using:
   • Security Question & Answer (if set during registration).
   • Verification Code sent to your registered mobile number.
   • Reset via Email Link (this seems to be your current issue).

If the email isn’t arriving, try the other options, especially mobile verification , if your phone number is registered correctly.

Sometimes reset emails end up in Spam or Promotions folders. Search for "NTA" or "JEE" in your Gmail inbox to make sure it hasn't been misclassified.

If none of the options work, contact NTA’s helpline as soon as possible.

Explain your issue with details such as your application number and registered email/phone number.
