Hope you are doing great ! Don't worry ,this problem can be solved easily , there will be a option "forgot application number " , click on that option ,they will ask for either your phone no. Or date of birth or can be something else ,you just need to give them those details and submit it ,your registration number will appear on Front of you. If further some problem occurs then contact us again.
