You can check the Mail or SMS which you got when you registered.

They mention the registration number in that mail and SMS.

In case you have lost that mail and SMS then you can contact their authorities so that they can help you.

For any general exam, if you search that exam on Careers360 App or website than you will get to know all about the college details like important dates, announcements, question papers, cutoffs and much more......

I am sure that you will get the to know the registration number back procedure of that particular exam.

Generally, you have to mail the authority helpdesk.
