Please specify your exam for which you are applying,

what so ever if you are applying for any exam you can check your registration no on registered email ID or phone no that you have entered while filling form

And do one thing check your mail once because whenever you will application form of entrance examination like NEET, JEE MAIN  they send you a soft copy of application form on your mail
