The registration number of the application is usually sent on the e-mail id  and mobile number which is registrated during filling the application form of eam cet.

So check your email and sms. You can find your registration number there. You can re-print your application form by entering the Registration Number  Payment Reference ID, Qualifying Examination Hall Ticket Number, Mobile Number & Date of Birth.

Don't worry, if you have lost your application number,check the message sent to the registered mobile number.Else you may check the downloads in PC as the application form will be downloaded once.

if you didn't get it by either ways,

You can download the payment status by using your 12th hall ticket number and the date of birth.You may get your application number in that.
