hey shubham

first of all you don't need any email id for log in if you are old applicant . just entre your applicant no (it will be found on admit card or you received sms on phone no. or if you don't find applicant no then open all your email id click on search option then go for it.) then write password and log in then see applicant form in log in portal from where you can find your email id if you written .

In the ICAR confirmation page which you are eligible to download after registration, you can get the email id you have provided from there. Also you use your mobile number in order to trace out your registration details through the forgot application ID option. So you have multiple ways to follow, if you have the print or the soft copy of the ICAR registration then your problem will be solved.
