If you have omitted your intermediate details in the NPCIL application and have been called for an interview, it is no problem as of now. However, all academic qualifications will be thoroughly checked at the document verification stage. You should take your intermediate marksheet and certificate to the interview, and be honest if asked. It is preferable to let the authorities know beforehand or clarify it all during the verification process, so that you don't run into troubles at a later date.
