No, there is no way to opt now. Once the application is filled and submitted. There is no way to change it. you can't use reservation even you have documents for it as your application form doesn't mention it so they won't consider it.

You have to go for general category in state counselling. due to all these mistakes, it is advised to check multiple times before submitting the form.
