Contact to mcc counselling &they can allowed at the time of counselling, you can not change your category but can change ews status at the time of counselling

If you belong to Economic weaker section then you must opt that during application itself. When it was introduced that time such thing was allowed but now I don't think they will allow. You can try of you get its your luck but there are less chance they will accept, it all depends on them.
