For MAH-CET there are no age limit. So its not like that you have given it purposefully. But yeah! it may create issues as it will mismatch your DOB with your other official document. Although there are lesser possibility of anything like cancellation etc. But yeah! there can be issues and you may have to give justification for the discrepancy and may have to follow certain procedures if you are said to. So don't worry about it, it can resolved and will not be fatal. But when you fill the forms you should be careful about such details.
